Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts need to be submitted online through Conference website only: www.hsicon2026.com
  • Last Date of Abstract submission is 15th September 2026.
  • Abstract is restricted to 3 submissions per user. You can indicate your preference Oral/Poster/ Video during submission.
  • Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract. Please choose the subject matching the abstract. Abstract content should not be more than 300 words.
  • Format of the abstract 1. Aim 2. Materials & Methods, 3. Results, 4. Conclusion
  • Preferably the first author/submitting should be the presenting author. The presenting author is obliged to ascertain that all authors are aware of the content and should be an original work. The authors should ascertain that there is no plagiarism including self-plagiarism
  • Author & Co-Author both needs to submit their Affiliation and city in the given columns and do not include titles and degrees.
  • Registration is mandatory to present the abstract.

Guidelines for Video Presentation

All of you are invited to send your entries for the Surgical video competition for surgeons. The idea is to break the monotony and promote the young innovative minds and to provide a platform to all the members to showcase their skills. The members who are interested should send their video on or before September 15, 2026.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIDEO PRESENTATION
Recording should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the presenter. The recording may also contain a small headshot of the presenter.

Many presentations software allows recording audio and video directly in the application and can export appropriate video files.

The presentation recording should:

  1. Duration: 5 minutes max
  2. File size: 100 MB max
  3. Video file format: mp4
  4. Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9.
  5. Upload the video on the drive and share the link on the portal while submitting the abstract.
FILE FORMAT
  1. All files must be in MP4 Format
  2. Resolution = maximum 720p HD
  3. Use the following naming convention: VideoID.mp4, where VideoID is your Full Name.
The best videos will be selected by the scrutiny committee.
